Jetting main line. Main line blockage found - separated pipe halfway between house and septic tank. Cable the main line 75' thru the cleanout. Cabled and camera'd line. Found a lot of debris in line so we jetted line from the cleanout. Line was in terrible shape. Line closed almost completely with sludge. Back up in bathroom. Cabled the main line75' through the roof vent. Camera line found old cast iron pipe is a problem.

Cabled the tub drain through the pop up 15' and cleared line. Repaired kitchen drain. Replaced parts that were not supposed to be there. Ballcock leaking. Change out ballcock. Bad house shut off valve, bad shower valve. Cut out bad shower valve and installed new American Standard shower valve complete with trim kit (chrome). Cut out bad house shut off valve, and installed new 3/4" PVC sch 40 shut off ball valve with new fittings. Leak in ice maker line under cabinet. Cut out cracks in ice maker line and re-ran. Replace brass nut and o-ring. Look at ice maker in ice box.

Cabled through vent stack. Ran over 100' of cable out into main city sewer. Camera stopped under driveway near sidewalk. Possible collapse or separation. Line holding heavy sludge and no visibility w/ camera. No charge to locate line. Est. Break out approx. 3' x 6' section of sidewalk and install flush top cleanout extension and cleanout in main line. Includes re-cementing the removed section. Main line blockage in galley.

Cabled thru outside cleanout. Multiple passes to clear - pulled out roots. Video inspected - found multiple root penetrations - will need to replace 35'-40' of sewer as well as jet whole house. Leak @ bathroom. Replace Moen cartridge and bath tub. Also rebuild toilet. Recommend mold remediation. Floor drain stoppage. Auger 20' with 5/8 cable, cutter, pulled grease and plastic, etc. Stoppage at ice machine drain.

Auger 30' with 5/8" cable to clear -- pulled nothing back. Tested OK. Install customer supplied lav faucet with pop up. Cabled lav drain. Install customer supplied kitchen faucet. Install customer supplied tub spout diverter. Kitchen sink clogged on disposal side. Took apart continuous waste, full of rice. Removed debris from line and put back together. Service call.

Cabled through vent stack and cleared blockage. Camera revealed very heavy scale buildup on pipe. Near edge of foundation, camera goes underwater and hits hard obstruction. (2' to 3' of holding water before obstruction). Replace fill valve, flapper, angle stop, and supply lines in downstairs toilet. Replace fill valve and flapper in master bath toilet with new supply line. Replace aerator in master bath lav. sink. Cabled kitchen line via outside wall clean out. Pulled back food.

High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jetting with Harbon drain cleaning technologies at 2500 psi through main line outside clean out and deck drains in dish wash area and serving line to clear grease stoppages and larger foreign objects obstructing drain lines. recommend jetting lines as preventative maintenance every 6 months to keep excessive grease build up from forming along with fine screen wire mesh drain covers to keep food and other preventable objects from obstructing lines.

Remove 1 shrub (big). Chopped with axe at tree roots and 2nd shrub. Major roots - dug down approx. 3 1/2' to 1". Water main was in a major main junction. Shut down water to whole complex. Tap into 2" galvanize main line with threaded male adaptor. Replace 1 90 degree, 1 T, and 2 couplers. All 1" . Had to bleed waster sister down to madre connections. Connected. Turned water back on - no leaks. Back filled. Cleaned up sidewalk, plant shrub. 1 tech helper. Used denaturing part to excavate. M/W/S Main water service broken in wall.

Broke exterior wall with chipping hammer. Exposed 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/2 CPVC main water line manifold broken in two places. Cut out manifold. Installed new 3/4 ball valve brass. Replaced section of pipe. Installed new manifold to main water service and hose bib. PVC taped to eliminate exposure to UV rays and repatched wall with high strength hydraulic cement. Restored water service. Company not responsible for paint. Pump lift station - cleaned all debris from lift station. Pressure washed down the side and pipes, floats, and wires.

Cost to remove toilet and vanity cut out approx. 4' x 4' of flooring damaged by water. Replace hot and cold water lines in master bath with CPVC with new stops and supplies on toilet and vanity. Also cut out and install access panel for tub diverter. Reinstall flooring, vanity, and toilet.

M/W/S Main water service break Exposed 1" PVC main water service to pool pump system. Pump out of water w/ mini water pump. Turned off main water to couplet and waited for complete drain down. Installed 1" ball valve and replaced section of main water service to pool pump station. Returned main water service.

Found after the repair that source had opened a fire hydrant and turned on shut off hydrant and restored cap. Toilet making noises when flushed. Replaced toilet fill valve float and flapper in master bath. MLS whole house.

Cleared outside cleanout. Approx. 20' of roots and pipe separation. Camerad - all clear except root and pipe separation. Shower head leaking. Replaced with new shower head – chrome 2 toilets running on 1st floor. Rebuild both. Toilets tested OK. No pressure to fish on the right @ pond in front of Plant Hall.

Tracked copper pipe from manifold to fish structure, found 3/8 polly line clogged inside the structure. Removed and pulled a new one thru. Restore pressure and tested OK. Hot water heater won't light. Replace thermo coupler on gas hot water heater. MLS Cabled thru master bath cleanout. Cleared at approx. 30'. Video inspected- all clear. Tank seems to be full - poor drainage in drain field. MLS

Put new cap on to ensure no leak, plus tightened cold supply line to laundry tub. Leaking toilet in women;s restroom - also slow-fill toilet in unisex restroom. Put new rubber seal on nut adjustment and adjusted flow valve in. Flush water. Video inspection.

Video inspection of line through outside cleanout. Found deposits of hard material. Exposed pipe to remove. Inspect back up line from that section - found line holding water for approx. 20'. Sewer backup Pulled toilet. Attempted to cable, could not make drop - had double T. Had to clear from roof vent. Ran camera - found heavy scale in cast iron. Clay looked ok, descaled cast iron. Reset toilet with new wax ring and caulked.

Replaced lower element on 40 gal. water heater. Called out for lift station overflowing. Received key from kitchen manager. Inspect controllers with manager. Upon arrival found pumps turned off at hand/automatic switch. Performed full diagnostic and everything is ok. Posted field report inside controllers. Wet well is loaded with grease and needs removal. Need to check grease trap for over saturation.

Install trench drain in concrete sidewalk and ran discharge out to common area. Problem in unit #1916. Pulled toilet and ran camera to belly on line. located problem in bedroom 45 degree elbow turned wrong causing pipe to bow. pulled out camera and reset toilet.

Cabled mainline stoppage with general speed rooter 91 7/8" cable machine through outside cleanout to clear stoppage. retracted food, food debris, foreign objects and excessive amounts of grease. Video inspection of line found large amounts of grease caked to interior of sewer line requiring immediate high pressure drainline jetting to correct. Estimate on drain restoration with Harbon drain cleaning technologies

MLS Cleared main line stoppage with cabled machine through toilet flange. Ran jetter thru c/o - cleared stoppage. Ran camera to confirm line is clear. Ran drill thru sink - pulled rubber band and hair. Taped up ice maker copper line behind fridge with vinyl tape. Replace water heater with new 40 gal water heater. Fix one 3/4 line and one 1/2" line due to erosion in pipe. Recommend having house repiped. KS stoppage. Cleared stoppage.

Water leak in wall. Tear out of 4'x3' section of dry wall and disposal. Repaired 1/2" copper pipe above manifold in wall. Not responsible for dry wall or dry out. Customer is taking care of both. 2 toilet stoppages. Cleared main line from roof stack. Cleared second toilet with hand auger. Replaced flapper and adjusted water level. N/C video line- cast and needs to be jetted to de-scale line. tub drain in master bath.

Replaced with new PVC drain assembly. Removed old with exposer. Cut out dry wall. Old drain in tub was corroded. Had helper to remove old and install new. Total time 5 hrs. Had to grout around overflow. Port hole was caulked previously due to deterioration. Rest of tub is in great shape.

Main line blockage. Cabled with Spartan 300 machine - wouldn't clear. Video inspected - found major grease buildup. Jetted out grease, retrieved most . Broke up and pushed downstream. Video inspected - all clear - no more grease under building main line. Located 2nd cleanout that is covered by shrubbery.

Water main break. Initial approval for water main break. Pipe is 3-4' deep - cannot see or feel. Called in emergency locates and backhoe is in transit. Repair 1/2 - 1 1/4" Repair 1 1/2-2" Repair 3" Unable to see - this is a rough estimate 80% to Doug Hunt 20% to Gutscher. Water line is galvanized and 1 1/2. Repair spot where hole was in. Water line is in bad shape and should be replaced.

No hot water. Turned up hot side on all hand sinks in meat department to code. Cabled the laundry line thru stand pipe. Est. to run new water lines and drain lines for washer if she moves it outside Postal cable is all that would go thru the line. Regular cable would not make it past the cleanout. Laundry backing up into bathroom.

Camera through cleanout - unable to navigate into branch line. Camera through multiple vent stacks and hit blockage in line believed to be toilet paper buildup. Blockage cleared and post to revealed improperly pitched pipe holding water throughout majority if line. Advised customer of future jetting as maintenance or replacement of sewer under slab. Removed pop-up tub drain and removed large mass if hair from drain in lette.

Est. to jet both branch lines off main Supply line broke under lav sink. Installed new supply line and 7/8 compression coupling to end of rolled copper water line. Replaced tub. Customer pulled old tubs and supplied new ones. Installed tubs and new drains, shoe, and pop-up. Installed shower valves customer supplied valves. Installed dual shut off valves for kitchen faucets Pulled old waste arms for lav + kitchen drains.

MLS. Auger from cleanout, pulled out paper towel. Tested OK. Camera line- found no problems. Leak at hall bath tub, delta. Replaced seats and washers, tested ok. Customer still needs a new handle and Eda screw. MLS

Tried clearing stoppage from main line vent stack via roof top. After several attempts discovered roots growing through seam of two cleanouts. Replace bad section of pipe containing two cleanouts. Installed new 4" PVC ach 40 pipe with 2-way cleanout to be able to access all areas of main line sewer. Rerun supply lines to kitchen sink, poly tubing. Cleared drain line to toilet in bathroom and appeared to be full of paper and junk. 3" under floor picking up laundry and b-room with 2". Stack did not have proper ventilation.

Replaced 2" vent stack with 3" PVC from roof to garage floor. Tying in lav and laundry discharge - now 2" with studer vent- hauled away debris. $2874.50 Tested twice- flushing toilet while emptying washer- working fine. Camera line, clear of debris. Low pressure @ kitchen faucet. Removed aerator and cartridge and cleaned out all buildup. Tested OK.

Customer has low intermittent water pressure. Recommend increase service size and replace RPZ .75" device to 1". Service under asphalt includes patch. Cut out 2" waste line from outside wall to second floor tee. Replaced 2" waste arm under sink.

Tied into roof stack. Installed new 2" stack and waste line. Re-routed existing waste arm from next door unit- replaced p-trap, trap adaptor, waste arm. Install fiberglass shower base and test. Call for tub set insp. Replaced fill valve and flapper. Replaced flapper. Water leak in yard. Cut off water @ water meter. Remove backflow preventer, extract broken male adaptor, install new adaptor section of pipe and coupling. Reinstall backflow preventer.

Handle broke off shower valve. Shower valve has too much calcium buildup to fix- will need to replace. Put on a way to shut off and turn on until bathroom is remodeled. Will credit half to replacement.

Replace shower valve in bathroom outside in small apt. Broke shower head- will have to repipe up to shower head. Replace shower valve with two handle shower valve. Ran CPVC up to shower head and installed new shower head. Exposed through dry wall. toilet flange leaking in from upper unit into lower. Replace toilet flange and same pipe with one 90 and 1 slip cupler. Reset toilet with new toilet bolt and wax ring. A lot of water was on floor - shop vac up. 1 tech with helper. leak in back master bath. Will need nitrogen pressure filled with supersonic hearing device.

Found leak in common copper 3/4 line behind master vanity between toilet back behind wall. Bath wall meet - very hard location to fix. Got in cabinet without removing rotozip stud away to get a clean cut on pipe. Cut pipe in bath by toilet and slid new pipe in place. Reconnected - will pro-press total line. 2 techs with high pressure leak detection.
